How does FAMILIB.COM work?

Familib offers online rental of its own childcare equipment. Our car seats, strollers, beds and baby carriers have been selected by us. We have designed and developed our concept in order to offer you a service for :

• Travel light with your family.
• Avoid buying a product for a specific need.
• Have a product adapted to the place and to the needs of your child.

Our rental products are already stocked in our collection points. All you have to do is reserve online and once you are there, you can leave immediately with your product. There are no delivery charges. The Familib network is made up of more than 70 collection points in France.

Who are the FAMILIB collection points?

Our collection points are all independent and passionate professionals with a real sense of service or wishing to develop it!  Their activities are diverse: hotels, leisure residences, tourist offices, bicycle rental companies, baby stores, tea rooms, plush creators or even wellness areas for children... We also work with the CGH network and its 4-star residences in the mountains.

What do I need to do to get my product from the collection point ?

To pick up your childcare products on site, all you need to do is deposit a deposit!

It can be deposited by check/cash on the spot or by credit card in your MY ACCOUNT space (top right of our site) under MY RENTALS.

The amount varies according to the product, it is :

• 50 euros for a Lafuma baby carrier.
• 100 euros for a Nuna and Phil and Teds folding bed.
• 150 to 180 euros for a 4-wheel stroller, a car seat or a Phil & Teds baby carrier.
• 200 to 250 euros for a 3-wheel all-terrain stroller.

All you have to do is give your personal reservation code to the collection point.  Without your reservation code, the product cannot be delivered to you!

It is indicated on your invoice. You can retrieve it in your MY ACCOUNT area under the heading MY INVOICES or in your confirmation e-mail received after your reservation.

Can I book at the last minute ?

When the dates on the calendar are not blocked or when it is not indicated that the product is unavailable, you can reserve your product for the same day.

Do I have to make my reservation via the internet?

Yes, any product rental that has not been booked on our FAMILIB.COM website cannot be taken on site. If you have any difficulties in making your reservation, you can contact us: contact(a)familib.com.

What is the minimum and maximum rental period ?

The rental period is from 1 day to 35 days maximum. 

What are the rental rates ?

The rates are established according to the equipment and the duration of the rental. They are indicated from one day on the Familib website in the section OUR PRODUCTS AND RATES. The prices are indicated in euros, including VAT. They are degressive according to the duration of the rental.

Is it possible to EXTEND my reservation?

You just have to go to the section MY ACCOUNT (top right of the site). To connect, use the same email address and the same code as your previous reservation, then go to the MY RENTALS section and select the desired day.

Do our rental products comply with current standards?

The brands Maclaren, Easywalker, Mountain Buggy, Joie, Phil & Teds, Lafuma, Nuna meet the European safety standards. You can find out more about each product in our Products and Prices section.

Do you have the instructions and videos of the products you rent ? 

Yes, the instructions and videos of our products are available on FAMILIB.COM in the section 'PRODUCTS AND RATES'.
